ಬ್ಯಾಡರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯೊಳಗೆ, ದರೋಡೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮೂವರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆರೋಪಿ (ಇವನು ಹಿಂಡಲಗ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹದಿಂದ ಪೇರೋಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದವನು) ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಉಡುಪು ಧರಿಸಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಂತೆ ನಟಿಸಿ ಬಿ.ಇ.ಎಲ್. ಲೇಔಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಯ ಮನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ದರೋಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನು. ತನಿಖೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು 429 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಆಭರಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ₹10 ಲಕ್ಷ ನಗದು ಹಣವನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮೌಲ್ಯ ₹52,90,000 ರೂ. ಗಳು.

ನಾಗರಿಕರು, ಅಪರಿಚಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ (ಉಡುಪು ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ) ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವರ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಗುರುತನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ/ಪರಿಚಯ ಪತ್ರ ಕೇಳಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಶಯಾಸ್ಪದ ವರ್ತನೆ ಕಂಡ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

Within the limits of the Byadarahalli Police Station, three accused involved in a daring robbery case were successfully arrested. The main perpetrator, who had committed the crime while on parole from Hindalga Central Jail, gained entry into a businessman's house in B.E.L Layout by impersonating a police officer in uniform. During the investigation, the police recovered 429 grams of gold jewellery and ₹10 lakh in cash. The total value of the recovered property is ₹52,90,000.
