ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸೀಮಾಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ (ಐಪಿಎಸ್), ಜಿಬಿಎ (GBA) ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರ್ ರಾವ್ (ಐಎಎಸ್) ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು 'ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಹಬ್ಬ'ದ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

​ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು 2026ರ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11:00 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10:00 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಮುಂಭಾಗದ ಗ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲುಗಳ ಬಳಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಗಮವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಗಳು, ಭದ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಸಂಚಾರ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಮನ್ವಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಈ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru City, Shri Seemant Kumar Singh, IPS, along with Chief Commissioner, GBA, Shri Maheshwar Rao, IAS, and other senior officers, addressed the media the arrangements for Freedom Habba.

The event will be held on 15 August 2026, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, in front of the grand steps of Vidhana Soudha.

The briefing covered event preparations, security measures, traffic management and inter-agency coordination to ensure a safe and smooth Independence Day celebration.
