In the fall of 2016—some months before the protests—Evergreen's Equity Council unveiled a document which included recommendations on how the college should act to close "equity gaps." I've obtained audio of the then-Director of Institutional Research, who details how the Equity Council willfully misread/misinterpreted data according to their preconceived narratives.
