Spoonamore initially denied drinking, then admitted to consuming “two doubles'' of tequila before later upping the number to “three doubles.” Spoonamore called the arresting officer a “handsome man” and later asked him to tase her because she “likes it kinky.” She was charged with OVI, speeding, obstruction of official business, and assaulting a police officer.
