“We never shall have any more time. We have, and we have always had, all the time there is,” wrote English author Arnold Bennett in his 1908 book How to Live on 24 Hours a Day.

Bennett’s point is still valid: How much time we have available to us isn’t really up for debate. The question, according to present-day author Nir Eyal, is really: How are we spending the time we do have?

In this video lesson, Eyal unpacks Step 2 of his process for becoming “indistractable”: by being intentional with your planning and syncing your schedule to your goals and values, you can regain control of your time.
