I had been on the street for 1 minute and was still quietly setting up my tripod — which would be broken two minutes later in a separate assault — and this man felt compelled to spit at me for wearing a sign that says “children cannot consent to puberty blockers.”
Guess what? You don’t get to spit at me and walk on like nothing happened. In a proper world you’d be arrested.

He didn’t like being called a child abuser, and turned around and yelled something as I was first walking away.
Well guess what, bro? This ideology — which you felt so compelled to defend with your filthy spit — is an ideology of child abuse. Teaching children they are born in the wrong body is abusive!
Doing gender mastectomies on 14-year-old girls and sterilizing kids — many of whom have autism or have suffered sexual abuse — is child abuse.
So if you don’t want to be called a child abuser, don’t spit at people trying to stop it.
