In the swing state of Virginia those votes can change an election.
We decided to test out vote buying theory by interviewing 5 convicted felons who have paid their debt to society. We asked on Facebook, if anyone would be willing to talk to us. These are the first three respondents.
One of them told me that "It makes me feel like a citizen again.”
