"Where's the Democratic Party gone?," said Trump.
"Where have they gone where they're defending these two people over the state of Israel. And I think any Jewish people that vote for a Democrat, I think it shows either a total lack of knowledge or great disloyalty."
Trumps comments came Tuesday during his meeting in the Oval Office with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis.
A reporter asked the president should there be any change in U.S. aid to Israel.
"You should see the horrible things that to Tlaib has said about Israel," said Trump.
"I mean Omar is a disaster for Jewish people. I can't imagine if she has any Jewish people in her district, that they could possibly vote for her."
This comes in the wake of Rep. Ilhan Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib accusing the president of requesting Israel to block their upcoming visit, over their support for a Palestinian-led boycott movement.
At a news conference in Minnesota, Omar says she and Tlaib are being prevented from carrying out their duties as members of Congress.
Omar is calling on her colleagues to to visit Israel while she and RepTlaib cannot.
Omar says President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cannot succeed "in hiding the cruel reality of the occupation from us."
"That's a decision of of Israel, they can let them in if they want, but I don't think they want to," said Trump.
"You take a look at their itinerary. That was all going to be a propaganda tour against Israel. So I don't blame Israel for doing what they did. I have nothing to do with it, but I don't blame them for doing what they did. I think it would have been very bad to let them in."
