"Covid-19 made us very rapidly turned around what we do. We can’t do the things that we used to do together… keeping people in job training, in communal activities and so forth… We’ve had to scrap all that."

"A lot of the services that help out the same group of clients, like the food vans and people giving out sleeping bags and toiletries, they had ceased to operate. And we knew that we would have to step up."
