These clips from the Santa Rosa Firefighters show crews performing back burning operations to protect homes from the Walbridge Fire. This tactic contributes to fire containment, they said.
Sonoma County Supervisor James Gore told The Press Democrat that at least 15 homes had been burned by the fire.
The LNU Lightning Complex group of fires, across five counties in California, was 22 percent contained on August 24, having grown to 350,030 acres.
