Biden spoke at a campaign stop at the Little Haiti cultural center in Miami on Monday.
Trying to capitalize on having the campaign trail all to himself, he's stepping up travel to areas long thought to be leaning Republican as his campaign looks to expand the electoral map.
Since the president tested positive for the virus, Biden's campaign has been even more disciplined about minimizing its candidate's risk. The former vice president has begun not taking off his facemask even when giving speeches.
