1:37Now PlayingLos Angeles Dodgers fans exulted outside the team's downtown stadium as the baseball team won its first World Series in 32 years more than 1,000 miles away.
Hundreds of fans gathered in the stadium parking lot as the Dodgers topped the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in game six to win the Major League Baseball championship.
"This year our beloved Kobe (Bryant) died and Kobe was a guy who, it doesn't matter what sport it was, basketball, baseball -- it stems deeper than that and becomes like an LA bond.
