0:41Now PlayingA Saudi Arabian oil facility in the port city of Jiddah was allegedly struck on Monday by a cruise missile fired by Yemen's Houthi rebels.
A satellite image of the facility released on Monday by Planet Labs showed damage to a tank, with fire-suppressing foam in the surrounding area.
The oil facility is just southeast of Jiddah's King Abdulaziz International Airport, a major airfield that handles incoming Muslim pilgrims en route to nearby Mecca.
Brig. Gen. Yehia Sarie, a Houthi military spokesman, claimed responsibility for the alleged attack, tweeting that the rebels fired a new Quds-2 cruise missile at the facility.
The alleged attack comes hours after Saudi Arabia finished hosting its virtual G20 summit.
The kingdom did not immediately acknowledge any attack, but videos and the satellite image circulated on social media.
