What specific actions did he take did he bring the rioting to an end? And when did he take them. Please, be as detailed as possible?”
It’s one of the biggest questions asked by critics who said Trump did nothing to intervene as the mob surged through the Capitol. But the former president’s lawyer offered no answer.
Instead, attorney Michael van der Veen said there was no time to research such questions because the impeachment was rushed. “The House managers did zero investigation,” and the American people deserve better than “hearsay on top of hearsay.”
