Lindsey Boylan said in a Wednesday post that the Democrat once kissed her on the lips without consent.
New York Mayor, Bill de Blaiso, who has often butted heads with Cuomo, said he believes there should be an independent investigation into the 'disturbing' allegations.
Cuomo previously called her allegations by Boylan "just not true."
Cuomo's spokesperson Caitlin Girouard said Wednesday that all Boylan's "claims of inappropriate behavior are quite simply false."
