0:32Now PlayingEight Russian diplomats and their families -- including a three-year-old girl -- had to use a hand-car to cross the border from North Korea to return to their homeland Feb. 25, since rail service between the two countries has been suspended due to the pandemic. Along with the hand car, their Korean hosts provided a cushioned seat for the children and cloth to cover the handles for those doing the pumping, throwing in a paint job, as well, the embassy said. The group made the rest of the trip home to Moscow by bus and plane.
