Netanyahu thanked Graham for his support for Israel.
"No one has done more for Israel than you, Lindsey," Netanyahu said.
The South Carolina Republican said "the eyes and ears of America is Israel," and that "nobody does more to protect America from radical Islam than our friends in Israel."
Graham said that the Iranian regime shouldn't be allowed to acquire a nuclear capability.
"My hope is to find an alternative to that the JCPOA that will allow for nuclear power but not create a nuclear arms race to enrichment. And that's the existential threat to the state of Israel and the world writ large," he said.
Standing next to Netanyahu, Graham held a sign with text, reading "More for Israel."
