7:46Now PlayingNational Nurses United, the nation's largest union of of registered nurses is condemning the Centers for Disease Control new recommendation that cuts the isolation period for asymptomatic healthcare workers and no longer requires fully vaccinated or boosted workers who were exposed to someone with Covid-19 to quarantine.
Jean Ross, a registered nurse and co-president of the union, said the most recent guidance, which was issued on December 23, will only put staff and patients at risk for more transmission.
