0:42Now PlayingRussian Ambassador Dmitry Polyanskiy Monday told the U.N. Security Council that Kyiv is resorting to terrorism tactics. The comments follow a fourth drone attack in Russia over the weekend.
Ukrainian drone attacks on Russia and Moscow-annexed territory, especially Crimea, have become more frequent. The latest strike Sunday damaged two office buildings a few miles from the Kremlin, even though Ukrainian officials did not take responsibility for the attack.

As a result, the Kyiv regime, which is now convinced that it can do whatever it wants, it has started using terrorist actions. What will happen next? Nuclear, chemical, biological terrorism? Will you continue to remain quiet and blame Russia for everything?” Polyanskiy said.
