Putin continued by suggesting that "this level of development was largely achieved by robbing the entire planet."
In reference to the special military operation in Ukraine, Putin suggested that Russia did not start the "the so-called 'war,'" adding, "on the contrary, we are trying to end it."
Putin also criticised "the West" for losing their "sense of reality" and "crossing all possible boundaries."
