Former President Donald Trump said he will meet with Volodymyr #Zelenskiy Friday morning, after stepping up his criticism of the #Ukrainian president in recent days.
“President Zelenskiy has asked to meet with me, and I will be meeting with him tomorrow morning at around 9:45 in Trump Tower,” Trump said at a press conference Thursday in New York. “It’s a shame what’s happening in Ukraine. So many deaths, so much destruction.”
Trump has criticized President Joe #Biden administration over its military assistance for #Kyiv to repel Russian President Vladimir #Putin invasion. He said that, if elected, he will force Zelenskiy to the negotiating table with Putin.
