1:14Now PlayingKarol Nawrocki, a historian-turned-politician and nationalist, has won the presidential election in Poland, beating his government-backed rival. As head of state, Nawrocki can undermine Prime Minister Donald Tusk by vetoing key legislation, and has promised to "save Poland" from a "monopoly of evil power."
