as posted by the channel

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon said the company will likely hire more artificial intelligence specialists and fewer traditional bankers as the adoption of the technology accelerates.

Dimon said the AI-driven transition can largely be managed through natural turnover rather than sweeping layoffs, and that it will also create new roles, particularly in client-facing areas.

Dimon warned that if the transition isn't handled with care, it could have negative consequences, and that society needs to think through the potential effects of the shift happening too fast.
