The five individuals, including Tycen Proper, Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, Daniel Kenely Eskridge, Bryan Omar Roa, and Michael Alan Thomas, are in custody and face charges including conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to commit crimes against the government.
