Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei disputed this notion, saying the funds would be used by his country "freely, in whatever manner it deems appropriate."
Trump said talks with Iran were "going well", and that Iran has "fully and completely agreed to highest level Nuclear inspections long into the future," although Iran's spokesman Baghaei said there are no plans for nuclear inspections.
