0:59Now PlayingSurvivors of the 7.4 earthquake that struck Colombia on Monday morning were seen making efforts to search for survivors in one of the buildings that collapsed in Cali.
President Abelardo de la Espriella reported 111 deaths and said nearly 1,600 homes had been damaged and 60 buildings collapsed, with the total likely to continue rising as rescue teams search for survivors.
The earthquake caused significant damage in Colombia's coffee region, with major roads closed due to landslides and operations suspended at five airports in the affected region, and the US government and other countries have offered support.
