as posted by the channel

Ken Griffin plans to make Citadel's Miami tower even bigger after New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani referenced him in a pledge to charge taxes on second homes.

Griffin said what the mayor of New York has made clear is that they need to double down on their bet in Miami.

Griffin's comments raised concerns that he might not move forward on the project at 350 Park Ave. in Manhattan, but he said it's unquestionably true that they made the right choice in moving from Chicago to Miami.
