Farmers are feeling the pinch more than most. Eighty percent of the state's water supply is used for farming. That has some looking at new ways to grow food. Enter aquaponics -- part fish farm, part vegetable garden. This method of organic food production uses 90% less water than traditional farming. Bloomberg's Rachel Crane reports. (Source: Bloomberg)
