May 11 -- California has already burned through more than $200 million of its firefighting budget this fiscal year. The budget has since been increased and that's good because the state will likely be putting out a lot of blazes this summer. And California's not the only state that will be looking at high firefighting bills. Bloomberg's David Gura explains.
