2:00Now PlayingSep 2 -- In a speech Wednesday at Philadelphia’s National Constitution Center, Secretary of State John Kerry made the administration’s case that the nuclear accord is the best way to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. He stated that “sanctions alone were not getting the job done.” While pointing out that he understands Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s concern over the benefits of the agreement, Kerry said, “the people of Israel will be safer with this deal.”
