Europe’s biggest investment bank said it’s writing down the value of its two largest divisions and boosting reserves for legal costs which will probably lead to a third-quarter loss of 6.2 billion euros ($7 billion) -- the largest quarterly loss in at least a decade. The shares rose as much as 3.1 percent and were 1 percent higher as of 10:33 a.m. in Frankfurt trading, erasing earlier losses of as much as 3.6 percent.
