Cornyn spoke a day after Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said every federal agent in Minneapolis will use a body camera, yielding to one change Democrats have demanded. Democratic leaders in Congress have also called for unmasking, an end to roving raids and judicial warrants for arrests of migrants.
