7:39Now PlayingAlan Greenspan has died at the age of 100. The former Federal Reserve Chairman died on Monday at his home, NBC News reported, citing his wife, Andrea Mitchell. The cause was complications of Parkinson’s disease. Greenspan was proclaimed a wizard for guiding a then-record US economic expansion, only to see his luster dimmed by the financial crisis that erupted less than two years after he stepped down. Bloomberg's David Westin, Paul Sweeney and Isabelle Lee look back at the life and legacy of Alan Greenspan, along with James Egelhof, Chief US Economist at BNP Paribas, and John Micklethwait, Editor-in-Chief at Bloomberg News.
