- Dream Finders Homes (DHF) and Beazer Homes USA (BZH) shares are moving as Dream Finders as agreed a roughly $916 million deal to buy rival Beazer Homes USA. DFH will pay $33.50 per share in cash to acquire Beazer, according to a statement Friday that confirmed a Bloomberg News report. Beazer shares closed at $33.46 in New York on Thursday, giving the company a market value of around $915 million. The deal will value Beazer at about $2.2 billion including debt.
- Airbnb (ABNB) shares are moving after the company boosted its annual revenue forecast after seeing robust global travel demand, particularly in the US and Europe.
- Cloudflare (NET) is moving after it forecast adjusted earnings per share for the third quarter; the guidance beat the average analyst estimate. It also boosted its adjusted operating income forecast for 2025.
- Instacart (CART) shares are climbing after forecasting gross transaction value for the third quarter that beat the average analyst estimate.
