- Berkshire Hathaway’s (BRK/A/B) shares rise as much as 3%, to the highest intraday since May 2025, after the conglomerate said it spent about $4.5 billion to buy back its own stock in the second quarter. Gains in the manufacturing, service and retailing division also helped lift operating earnings over the period.
- Monday.com (MNDY) shares are down 8.2% after the software company gave a third-quarter revenue forecast that is weaker than expected.
- Tenax Therapeutics (TENX) shares plummet 89% after the pharmaceutical company reported that TNX-103 (oral levosimendan) failed to meet its primary endpoint of improving 6-minute walk distance versus placebo in the Phase 3 LEVEL trial in PH-HFpEF patients.
