He was speaking to Bloomberg TV at the country's Energy Conference event on Monday in Bangaluru. He also said India is in a position to make supply decisions based on terms that can be agreed and that while imports from Russia have increased, trade flows do change and they may not remain as a top oil supplier to India, it’ll be based on economics.
