A thawing of relations between the US and China looks unlikely following the Group of Seven summit in Japan, says Nouriel Roubini, chairman and CEO at Roubini Macro Associates. "Eventually these geopolitical tensions are going to have some market implications because they're going to slow down economic growth, that's going to lead to rising commodity prices, and therefore will continue to disrupt markets and economies," Roubini said in an interview on Bloomberg Television on the sidelines of the Qatar Economic Forum in Doha.
