2:36Now PlayingInternational Energy Agency Executive Director Fatih Birol says oil and gas firms should commit to far greater investment in clean energy technologies, blaming industry executives for being all talk and little action. "They speak 80%-90% about clean energy, but when we look at the investment numbers, which we do at the IEA, only 2.5% of all their investments go to clean energy and 97.5% go to their fossil fuel operations," Birol said in an interview with Bloomberg Television on the sidelines of the COP28 summit in Dubai.
