The factory will manufacture naval strike missiles (NSM) and joint strike missiles (JSM), which can be used on F-35 fighter jets. Earlier this year, Norway announced the country aims to almost double its defense spending over the next 12 years as it seeks to adapt to threats from neighboring Russia. Bloomberg's Oliver Crook reports.
