44:33Now PlayingIn a Bloomberg exclusive, UniCredit CEO Andrea Orcel said that a full takeover of Germany's Commerzbank is an option. “Conversations about an M&A or a further combination are on top” of current discussions around the stake, he said. On Wednesday, the Italian bank revealed that it now owned 9% of Commerzbank, adding all the shares the German government offered this week to a position it had quietly built in the market. The state is seeking to exit its stake in the bank it rescued after the 2008 financial crisis.
