Baghdad won a long-standing arbitration case on oil exports from semi-autonomous Kurdistan, but hasn’t been able to strike an agreement over how much to pay international oil companies operating there for their production. "We have to look at how to balance those issues," Al-Sudani said during an interview with Bloomberg's Joumanna Bercetche. (Part-Arabic with English subtitles)
