WiseTech Global’s largest shareholder Richard White appears to have won a power struggle after most of the board quit in a disagreement over the billionaire’s role at the company. The dispute, almost unheard of in corporate Australia, cements White’s influence at the freight-software firm he founded and led for three decades. But Swinburne University's Helen Bird tells Bloomberg Television that the situation is untenable.
