Foreign ministers and humanitarian groups gathered in London on Tuesday to discuss how to achieve peace and stop warring parties from blocking humanitarian relief. The UK announced £120 million ($158 million) of food aid for Sudan and Germany pledged €125 million of assistance before the conference began. Bloomberg's Jennifer Zabasajja reports.
