Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said that the delegations agreed on another prisoner swap of 1,000 from each side. Kyiv demanded an unconditional truce, Moscow in turn proposed a ceasefire for two-to-three days along certain parts of the front to allow the evacuation of war dead. Bloomberg's Greg Sullivan reports.
