The gunman, Shane Tamura, had a fixation with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, or CTE, caused by head trauma, according to two senior law enforcement officers, citing a manifesto and notes found on him. (This is video from the scene on Monday evening as police were trying to secure the building)
