Donald Trump is also set to name a new head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Erika McEntarfer was fired on Friday after weak jobs data for July, and steep downward revisions for May and June.
Plus oil declines as OPEC+ approves another bumper output hike, reversing supply cutbacks a full year ahead of schedule.
