On today's show, Nvidia Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. agreed to pay 15% of their revenues from Chinese AI chip sales to the US government in a deal to secure export licenses, an unusual arrangement that may unnerve both US companies and Beijing.
Elsewhere, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said this week's US-Russian summit may open the door to negotiations about Ukrainian territory.
Rutte suggested that a peace deal could involve Ukraine acknowledging that it has lost control of some of its territory without formally giving up sovereignty over those regions.
