The 17-point agreement, published on Monday and signed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev in Washington on Friday, commits both sides to mutual recognition of each other’s sovereignty and borders, renounces future territorial claims and prohibits third-party forces along their shared frontier.
