The door handles do not open if the car loses power, posing a safety risk to those inside. The move comes days after a Bloomberg News investigation uncovered a series of incidents in which people were injured or died after they were unable to open doors when Tesla's lost power, particularly after crashes. Bloomberg's Craig Trudell reports.
