Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Donald Trump are expected to sign off on the terms this week in South Korea, meeting in person for time in six years. Trump touched down in Japan to meet Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi.
“That was a big win,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One Monday, referring to Argentine President Javier Milei’s political party staged a comeback victory in Sunday’s midterm elections.. The US President's backing for his fellow conservative was part of a broader push to secure a political shift across Latin America, with elections pending in a number of nations.
